HIGHLANDS LITTLE THEATRE is exploring the idea of adding a Mystery Dinner performing group to our organization. Not only is this another chance for our members to act, it could be a lucrative way to increase $$. We need one or two VOLUNTEERS to take over the Brushes & Brooms subcommittee. Primarily, we need someone to schedule the work and organize keeping the facilities clean and sanitary for ourselves and our patrons on a regular basis. To help: hlt.comments@yahoo.com or 863-385-2175.

GROUCHO, TARZAN AND THE COWBOY ALL EXIT

With a stage direction like the headline above, there has to be good times ahead. Come to HLT and meet the movers and shakers, stars and starlets from the most glamorous era in Hollywood history, the 1930s. See Mickey Rooney as a pup. And then watch our Louella Parsons, Dick Powell, and James Cagney caper with Oberon, Puck and four of the Warner Brothers. All of the classic comedic elements are here: mistaken identity, unrequited love, chaos and confusion. Do you have to know Shakespeare to understand this play? No, you only need an appreciation for good comedy.
